We are looking at the first of Lydia's twin boys, Joshua. 

So Joshua married Miracle Somberg. Joshua and Miracle are both adults.

They have one child.

Miracle gave birth to a daughter called McKenna. 

McKenna is a Teenager, her traits are neat and popular.
